Is the onboarding support really free?

Yes — guided account setup and onboarding support cost nothing. There is no subscription and no profit share. It is funded through the Weltrade partnership, which is why your account has to be registered under partner code CX41062.

Why do I need partner code CX41062?

The partner code is how we confirm you belong to our group. When your Weltrade Client ID is linked to CX41062, verification passes instantly and your account is confirmed. Without the code we have no way to verify you.

I already have a Weltrade account — can I still join?

Yes. Complete the short KYC check on this page, then use the "Link my Account" button. It opens a pre-written email asking Weltrade support to move your existing account under IB code CX41062. Your balance, open trades and settings are not affected.

Is there a minimum deposit?

We do not charge anything and we do not set a deposit target. You only need a live SyntX account registered under the partner code so it can be verified. Fund it with whatever amount your own risk plan allows.

How do I get my account confirmed?

Three steps: open a Weltrade SyntX account with partner code CX41062, enter your Weltrade Client ID in the verification box on this page, then confirm your email. Your account is linked as soon as those checks pass.

Where do I find my Weltrade Client ID?

On mobile, tap the Accounts button at the bottom right of the Weltrade app — the ID sits in the top left above your name. On desktop, click the arrow next to Open Account at the top right of the Weltrade dashboard. It is a 5–12 digit number.

How long does verification take?

Verification itself is instant. A brand-new registration can take up to an hour to appear in our system, so if you just signed up, wait a short while and enter your Client ID again.

My Client ID was rejected — what now?

A rejection almost always means the account is not registered under CX41062. Check the digits first, then wait an hour if you registered minutes ago. If it still fails, use the "Link my Account" request so support can move the account to the correct IB code.

Is CX41062 my Weltrade Client ID?

No. CX41062 is the partner code you enter during Weltrade registration. Your Weltrade Client ID is a separate 5–12 digit number issued by Weltrade and shown in your client area.

Which platform do I use?

MetaTrader 5 on Weltrade SyntX instruments. Install MT5 on desktop or mobile, log in with the credentials from your registration email, and select the Weltrade-Live server.

What account type should I open?

Do you promise profits?

No. Nobody can guarantee a trading profit, and anything marketed that way should be treated as a warning sign. Trading carries real risk of loss — test on demo, size positions conservatively and never risk money you cannot afford to lose.

My confirmation email never arrived — how do I get it resent?

Check your Spam and Promotions folders first, then use the Resend reminder email button in the Client ID step. The status panel tells you whether the message was queued, sent or failed so you know where it got stuck.
